Destination Dream {Paris}

It truly is a dream for most people. A wedding in Paris surrounded by family, friends, and French culture seems just like something out of a movie for most, especially if your big day is planned during one of Paris's gorgeous spring days. I hear nothing compares to spring time in Paris. With flowers a bloom everywhere mixed in with beautiful weather, what's not to love? If you are one of the lucky few to be planning your big days in one of the most romantic cities, there a few details you should be sure not to miss.

Keep the palette light and fresh choosing pale pinks and beiges over harsher, bright hues. Greet guests at their hotels with welcome bags full of maps of the city, a list of sights they most definitely don't want to miss, and of course a bottle of champagne accompanied with delectable macaroons. To really play up the fact that you are getting married in the gorgeous city, keep all the details of your big day romantic. For instance, flowers should be in abundance and all details should have a soft edge. Play down the cheesy and keep the Eiffel Tower details out. Leave that to your pictures and the sightseeing.

Can't travel to Paris for your wedding, but still want to embrace the Parisian feel? Do exactly as above except in a venue a little closer to home!
