Color Me {Confetti}

Hello Monday! Usually I'm not a fan of the day, but today is my birthday making it a completely different story. And what screams birthday more than a room full of confetti. I'm talking confetti in envelopes, confetti covered tables, confetti balloons, the whole nine yards. While you can have a party without confetti, it really just makes it better. I'm off now to spend the day celebrating but I will catch you back here tomorrow morning for an ingenious use of mason jar lids.

Happy Thanksgiving dolls! I can't believe it's already that time. The last year has surely flown by and I am thankful for so much that has happened. While we are all giving in to our cravings and eating more than our fair share, I wanted to remind you that sometimes it's not about the party but about the people who share in the celebration with you. Remember to give thanks for all the blessings in your life and don't take for granite the wonderful people that embrace you everyday. After all, that is what today is all about. So, whether you are spending it surrounded by those you love most or simply thinking of them on this wonderful day, remember that we each have so much to be thankful for and we shouldn't focus on the bad but the good in our lives.
